Baseball
This comes from the Nationals-Diamondbacks game on August 7, 2009. I was interning with WTOP at the time, and was lucky enough to use an abandoned corner of the press box to record this. Even had a spare microphone for crowd noise! Recorded on ProTools, using MBox2 Pro.
Basketball
This comes from the 2007 NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball Tournament, Round 1, when the Brandeis Judges defeated the Trinity Bantams in overtime. This game was broadcast on tape delay on WBRS, Brandeis University’s student radio station.
Hockey
This comes from my internship with the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL. I had a great time learning how to do play-by-play for hockey.
